A: Good question, with so many fly by night home based travel businesses popping up on the market, many not even licensed or legal, it would be easy to think that P1D might be one just like them. Platinum One Destinations joined forces with Synergy Marketing Group, a 5 year old distribution firm and exclusive marketing arm of the P1D Membership Synergy Marketing Group, leveraging it’s years of experience in the direct sales & network marketing industry and tens of millions of dollars in travel sales. Q: Why is this not MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)? Back To Top

A: Different from MLM, Platinum One Destinations is simply Direct Sales. MLM is a marketing system whereby a person builds a downline of distributors to sell a variety of products, and then splits the commissions throughout Multi-Levels. Most often in MLM, there are meetings to attend, monthly purchases required, and it usually takes a large downline in order to actually make a sizable income. With P1D, there are no monthly purchases, no hyped up meetings, and we don’t split commissions with uplines on multiple levels. Our commissions don’t decrease on lower levels, and since they’re so large, you can earn significant profit almost immediately. Another characteristic of MLM is that the company will most often hold your commission and pay you after a period of time (4 - 6 weeks). In MLM, only about 5% make the money, the other 95% help them. This is not so with Platinum One Destinations.

Q: Do I have to approach my family and friends? Back To Top

A: No. However most clients get so enthused about this business and the membership packages that they feel compelled to share it. However, we understand that if you have been in business for a while you might be a member of the NFL (No Friends Left) club. Not to worry, we have you covered. We have a list of approved lead sources who generate P1D specific leads for us. We will also teach you a multitude of ways you can get the word out. Q: How much are the commissions? Back To Top

A: Our Silver P1D Vacation Package sells for $1200 or $1500 if using our in-house financing split payment plan and each member earns at least $600 commission on each sale. The Gold Membership sells for $4,800 or $6,000 on the payment plan with a commission of at least $2,400 and the Platinum Membership sells for $12,000 or $15,000 on the payment plan with a commission of at least $6,000 to the EMA. The commission on a Nettrav membership sale is $50. However please do not get fooled to think you can not make money as a Nettrav member. Company wide approx 20% of Nettrav associates upgrade their memberships. If you look at the numbers, you can see that even if you concentrate on selling just Nettrav memberships, you could earn a 6 figure annual income.

Q: Is there an expiry date, will my travel membership expire?Back To Top

A: The NetTrav membership is renewed every year for $99.00. The P1D memberships are valid for as long as you have points in your bank. Each membership has a certain amount of points which you exchange for the right to purchase a travel offer at wholesale price. The points in your bank never expire and if you feel the need to replenish your bank, you can choose to have your NetTrav commissions to be exchanged for points rather than money. Each $100.00 of commissions owed to you can be transferred to your bank for 1000 points. A Silver P1D membership comes with 15,000 points, a Gold P1D membership comes with 60,000 points and a Platinum P1D membership comes with 150,000 points. Depending on the type of travel you choose, the amount of points required to have the right to purchase it at wholesale will vary. Here are types of travel and the range of points necessary to access wholesale prices to give you a better idea.

A: A. You can give points in the form of gift certificates so that someone else can take advantage of your membership. Those points are deducted from your membership bank. As for your NetTrav personal portal, anyone who uses your portal to book their travel will enjoy very competitive pricing and you will earn a commission on their travel..

A. They’ve been in business since 2005, however before 2008 they operated under the name Platinum Travel Club. As of 2008, they partnered with the Synergy Marketing Group (SMG) due to their exceptional track record in systematic approach and support structure at bringing a product to market. That leap forward was strategically combined to a new branding under the name Platinum One Destinations as well as bringing the parent company to market; NetTrav Inc. This partnership was aimed at propelling them forward in a much larger way in order to acquire 15% of the online travel bookings being spent yearly in this massive ever expanding industry. They turned to the expert in the marketing field, SMG, in order to get the exposure they needed in the market place. The first month of soft launch under the new brand caught P1D by surprise because they did not expect so many sales to come through which put them in rapid expansion mode right out of the gate.
